We want you to feel good about every Thelemonpleasuretoy purchase. If a product isn't right — for any reason — you have 30 days to return it, no restocking fee, no questions asked.

How to start a return
1 · Email [email protected]
Include your order number and the item you'd like to return. You can also start a return from your account; both routes reach the same team.
2 · Receive a prepaid label
We'll email a UPS prepaid label within one business day. Drop the package at any UPS counter — no printer needed if you use the QR code.
3 · Get refunded
Once UPS scans your return, we process your refund within 24 hours. Funds return to your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
What's eligible
All standard products qualify for full refund within 30 days, used or unused. We accept returns on opened devices — no need to justify, and refunds don't depend on condition. Returned units are responsibly recycled through our materials partner, never refurbished or resold.
Exceptions
Final sale items (marked at checkout) and gift cards cannot be refunded. Bundles can be returned in full but not partially refunded for individual items.
If 30 days have passed, our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects — see the Shipping & Returns page for warranty claim instructions.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] within 14 days with a photo and order number. We'll ship a replacement immediately and send a prepaid return label. You won't be charged twice.
